As an African-American woman, I've faced my own share of challenges, keenly aware of the stigma surrounding mental health in minority communities. Unfortunately, in minority communities there’s an unspoken battle against the typical stigma of being categorized as “weak minded,” “dramatic,” or “too sensitive,” when seeking out help. I've learned to embrace vulnerability and confusion as catalysts for personal transformation. Together, we'll defy those stereotypes and create a supportive environment for your journey towards self-discovery. In choosing to navigate through the highs and lows, I'll continue to be by your side, fostering a sense of safety and trust that allows for deep exploration and healing.
