At ODAT Coaching & Counseling, we have clinicians who are licensed in NYS & FL. We come to therapy for various reasons and showing up really is half the work the other half we do together, gently and mindfully. We look at both the micro (the areas that impact just you) and macro (the systems/areas of life that impact us as various collective groups).
